Hello!
Welcome to our gift shop! The items we offer are a collection of local country finds, things that our family no longer has use for and an assortment of items that are enjoyable, healthful or helpful. We are a family run business located in the beautiful hills of Pennsylvania just a short distance from Lake Erie. My husband and I are very family oriented people and all of our free time is spent being with either our own children, who are now young adults, or with the children of our community. He has been a high school teacher for about 30 years and a soccer coach for almost as many. He has always been interested in training bird dogs for field trials and raising fancy poultry for fun. As a result our yard is full of turkeys, chickens, geese, pheasants, peacocks and bunnies. (The bunnies were our daughters inclusion.) My husband is branching off from his many years of soccer coaching and, in addition to the Junior and Senior High teams that he now coaches, he is working with a gentleman from England in bringing the finest soccer coaches in the world to the US to coach through their Euro Select Soccer Camps. I have always worked in the dental/medical world and most recently I am working as a Sports First Aider with our local Jr/Sr High School. I get to help my husband with the various soccer teams that he coaches! In addition to working with Sports First Aid through our hospital I work at the local rural clinic just a mile from my home. For the past two years I have been the Director and Teacher for a Youth Vision group teaching Christianity to the public elementary school students. This is where my heart truly is and the 80 children in the program mean the world to me. Our son and daughter are the pride and joy of our lives. Even though they are busy with starting careers of their own, we are blessed with the ability to help raise these many other children from our community. My very best buddy is my Chihuahua, Sophie. We started a website www.securitytechplus.com to offer personal security and protective items to families. It is a pretty scary world today and we want to provide items for protection that are not lethal but rather a deterrent against criminals who may be ready to prey upon unsuspecting families. We offer some of these items on eBay along with fun items for target shooting and paint ball, which can be a great hobby to enjoy with older children in the family.
