Please note: Due to recent changes on eBay sellers no longer can accept money orders, or checks as forms of payment. EBay has removed both as payment options, but I am still working to remove the money order information from my store listing pages, which will take some time. I am also trying to update return policy information. Please accept my apology for any inconvenience that these changes may cause.

Starting June 16th, 2009 all sales are final.  USA customers wishing to exchange an item, need to contact me within 3 days from order arrival date.  Items need to be returned in same condition, that they were sold(i.e.not washed or worn, undamaged, with tags still attached, if sold with tags, and from a non-smoking environment).  7 days are given for the return shipping.  Due to rapidly changing inventory, can not guarantee size availability for exchanges, but will accommodate when possible. When size isn't available, exchanges are for in store credit towards another store item. Buyers pay for all shipping.

If an item that is being exchanged does not meet the conditions above, the item will be shipped back to the buyer by COD shipping. Due to the listing fees and the cost of final value fees, all purchases that are exchanged will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please take your measurements and read the Quick Reference section of the listing for sizing information before ordering. You can also scroll down to the Sizing Information section below for more information. I recommend insuring packages to cover yourself from items being lost in transit.

If you are exchanging an item and the item you want costs more than your credit, please DO NOT send cash. I accept paypal, and will send an additional invoice if needed.

Please note that all computer monitors display color differently. Some items may be brighter, darker or even lighter than the picture depending on your monitor. In the "Quick Reference" section of the item listing I try to list the basic colors of the item. In some listings it may state: Striped, Print or Multi. For those items, if you want a specific color, please email me before ordering.

Most orders are processed, and shipped within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) of receiving a cleared payment, with the exception of holidays. Please note that eChecks may take several days to clear Paypal. Orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days, but please note that this can be extended due to poor weather conditions, or if your order needs to be shipped by UPS Ground service, Parcel Post, or internationally. International orders can take from 6 days to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the international delivery method. Once the item has been shipped it is in the carriers hands, so unfortunately I can not control delivery time.

  Shipping price quoted, in Shipping Details section, is only for shipments shipped with in the USA.  

Most, but not all orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation, which allows me to confirm delivery, but is not the same as a tracking number.   Insurance is optional, but please note that in the event an item it lost during shipping the only way to protect yourself is to insure the item. Once the order has shipped it is in the carriers hands. The cost for insurance is $1.75 for orders up to $50, or $2.25 for orders between $50.01-$100.00. This insurance rate is for orders shipped within the USA through USPS.

I am happy to combine shipping on multiple item orders. This discount applies to multiple item orders shipped within the USA in 1 package, and paid for with 1 payment within 5 days of the first item selected or won. The combined shipping discount is the highest listed shipping for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. Here's an example: Buy 3 items, the highest listed shipping out of those 3 items is $6, so the other 2 items would ship for $2.00 each (a $10.00 combined shipping total). Please feel free to request a combined invoice for any multiple item order, and I will be happy to figure your discount for you.

Because I want to protect my customers, as well as myself, I prefer to ship to confirmed addresses.

*These measurements are approximate sizes. Sizes vary by manufacturer & style, because of this a XS up to a 4X in one style may not measure the same as a XS up to a 4X in another style. You will find the actual measurements for each item  in the "quick reference" section of the item listing. If you find an item without measurements please email me. I will try to give you fast accurate information.

Junior plus items run smaller than regular plus sizes. They are an extension of junior / misses sizes. Junior Plus items "usually" run XL or 1X = 13/14, 2X = 15/16, and 3X = 17/18. You will find the actual measurements for each item  in the "quick reference" section of the item listing.

You will notice in the listings that measurements usually state: "fullest area of bust".  I have included a picture to show the fullest area. The fullest area is numbered 2.
