FAQ's and Answers

        What does “reserve not met” mean next to the bid amount in the auction?

An auction provides a medium to connect a seller’s product with a buyer’s interest. In other words, a seller uses an auction to present a product for you, the shopper. A seller can open the bidding at any price but is not obligated to complete a transaction unless the item for sale has reached a pre-set amount (reserve) that the seller sets as a minimum amount the product will be sold for. Once this price has been met, “reserve met” will be displayed next to the current price.

        How do I pay the deposit at the end of the auction?

You have two very secure options. The first is to use your Pay Pal account to transfer the funds. The second is to use a credit card over the phone. We accept most major cards. 

        How do I complete the paperwork involved?

It’s the easiest deal you will ever do. Once the deposit is received I will overnight, via Federal Express, your paperwork. A pre-billed Federal Express return envelope will be included. All you have to do is sign the highlighted signature marks and drop your paperwork in the return envelope along with a copy of your driver’s license, current insurance card and the remaining payment, then drop the package in a Federal Express drop box. Once I receive the package, the vehicle is clear to be shipped or picked up in person.

        Why do I need to leave a deposit?

You do not have to leave a deposit if you plan on paying in full within the allotted 48-hour time span. However, if you will need longer, I will need the deposit in order to assure your good faith in completing the transaction.

                    If I find that the car has been misrepresented, will I get my deposit back?

Absolutely! We do our best to represent the cars that we list in their actual condition. If you feel that the vehicle has not been accurately represented then we will refund you your deposit no questions asked.

        Can I finance the car I am purchasing on Ebay?

In most cases, yes. Finance approval is based upon the age and mileage of the vehicle, and the buyer’s personal credit history. Call and we will get you pre-qualified over the telephone .

        How do I get the car from the dealership to my home?

                  You have two options:            

(1) Come pick up the vehicle once it is paid in full,

(2) Have the vehicle shipped to your destination. Shipping is a viable option if you are not in a hurry to receive the car. Even though it may take longer than picking it up yourself, it is usually more convenient than taking time off from work and may save an individual a great deal of money in travel expenses. We will pick you up at the local airport or bus station free of charge.

        Will I be able to legally drive the car if I choose to drive it home?

Yes. We provide a 30-day temporary tag to all vehicles sold on Ebay. If for some reason we are unable to get your paperwork to you in that amount of time, we will send you another tag. That would be an extremely rare situation.
