Payment 

• Paypal is our accepted means of payment. You can make payment with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover on Paypal.
• We do NOT accept money orders, personal checks, cashier checks, cash on delivery, payment by phone and etc.  Please contact us if you want to make by other negotiable means.
• Please make sure your shipping address listed on the paypal payment is correct.
• Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item complaint will be filed with eBay upon non-receipt of payment.  
• Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us. 
• Combine shipment of any additional items are always available unless we have already made the shipment. As we handle order for shipment so fast, if you want to save on shipping by combine shipment, simply bid on all wanted items at once or send us a message to let us know.

Shipping & Handling 

• How much is shipping and handling (S&H)? The shipping and handling costs will be posted directly in the auction ad or you can use our self-developed shipping rate calculator in the ad to determine the shipping rates and options.
• Free shipping is available to specific auction ad. Please check out our other items.
• Orders will be shipped directly to the shipping address listed on the payment. Please make sure it is correct. We are not responsible for loss or damage due to wrong or undeliverable addresses. Shipping costs for any undeliverable packages or package recovery as well as re-shipment charges are the responsibility of buyers.
• Do you Combine Shipment? For multiple purchases, we shall send you the combine invoice with discount shipping for checkout after the end of your last winning auction. For your convenience, you may use our self-developed shipping rate calculator to check the combine shipping rates and options.
• All items are shipped by Hong Kong Post. It covers almost everywhere in this world. Three shipping options are available, namely registered air mail, air parcel mail and ems express.  Please contact us if you want to ship by UPS, Fedex, DHL and etc.
• Your items will be packed with due care and wrapped with layers of bubble paper to ensure its good condition.
• Most of orders are to be sent within 1 business day from Mon to Sat (unless otherwise indicated or notified) and an email notification will be sent informing you of shipping information afterwards.
• All delivery times are "estimates" given to us by Hong Kong Post. Transit times can vary for different places. Customs can, and does cause delays on cross-border shipments.

Return Policy 

• We stand behind every product we sell.  We offer 30 Day - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your product for exchange or a full refund less shipping and handling charges.
• Refunds must meet these simple requirements:
  Original Condition: Item must be in the original condition that you received it, including the packaging, item content and all the accessories.
  Unopened: Opened item are not acceptable for refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturer defect.
  Contact before return: Please contact us if you want to return as soon as receipt of the item and within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. However, we will credit you for return in the following situations.
  Incorrect items: DiecastBase will exchange an item that was erroneously shipped to you for the correct item. Buyer shall return the unopened item in its original condition. The correct item will be sent as soon as we receive the return. Return shipping and re-shipment charges will be paid by us in this situation.
  Defective items: DiecastBase will exchange a defective item. Return shipping and re-shipment charges will be paid by us in this situation. Every attempt will be made to replace with an identical item. If no identical item is available, the customer will have the choice of receiving a similar item of equal value or a full refund. No refunds will be issued if a replacement item is available.
