Payment
We accept Paypal, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders. Personal or company checks are NOT accepted due to the fact that we have to wait 10 business days for the check to clear, and customers don't like waiting so long.
If you pay by Money Order or cashier's check please include your eBay user ID, item #, email address and shipping address with your payment if you want to insure immediate shipping.
Shipping
If you pay by Paypal we ONLY ship to your confirmed address. If you don't have a confirmed address or you want your item shipped to a different address you will have to pay by Money Order, cashier's check or your Credit Card over the phone.
We do NOT ship to APO, FPO addresses
If your confirmed address is a PO BOX we can only ship by USPS, and there may be an extra charge to ship it. Read the payment instructions in the listing and email us in case of doubt.
Sometimes Insurance is required in our auctions, sometimes it's optional, so look at the listing and check if you have to add insurance to your purchase. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.
Feedback
We do leave feedback on all of our transactions, when the transaction is complete, that's when you have received the item and are satisfied. We do not leave feedback when payment arrives, that is only half of the transaction and it wouldn't be fair to either party to leave feedback before both of us are satisfied.
And one last thing, don't leave negative feedback without contacting us first. We always try to resolve any differences or misunderstandings to your satisfaction. So give us a chance to do so before posting your feedback!
