Our Returns Policy:
Attn: Software customers: It is your responsibility to verify
product compatability with your system before your
purchase. So do your homework.
Only the latest programs are made for and work with the latest operating system.
If a disk is defective it will be replaced but no refund will be issued.
Our Returns Policy: You may return unopened shrink-wrapped boxes within 7 days of delivery (email us for return instructions). A 25% restocking fee will apply.
We will not refund on any opened box or any box that had its shrink-wrap removed!
Software is complex and so are computers and operating systems.
We will not refund if you find that the software is incompatible with your specific software configuration and/or hardware configuration.
We will not refund if this software does not meet your needs or requirements or for any errors in the system requirements info or other info from the manufacturer, that's an issue you would have to talk with them about.
We will not refund on any opened box or any box that had its shrink-wrap removed!
Should you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Do not open the wrong product , as opened products are not returnable.

You may return unopened shrink-wrapped boxes within 7 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee will apply plus our actual shipping charges (these charges are higher than the calculated or flat rates we charge on our listing) will not be refunded. This fee does not apply if the return is a result of our error. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: Any software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged. Any product missing the serial number or UPC. Also before returning an item you must email us at digitaldaydreams@gmail.com to get an RMA #.

According to ebay a person can pay by Credit Card thru the ebay checkout process. You should be able to hit a PAY BUTTON either in the auction or under items won section of your ebay account or in the email that ebay sends you when you use buy it now. After hitting the PAY BUTTON then Choose Credit Card as a payment option rather than paypal. We have found that for some it becomes hard to do. We can't see what hoops ebay make a buyer jump thru and it's different from buyer to buyer.
If paying by credit card during the ebay checkout becomes difficult we can send you an email bill which will allow you to pay easily by credit card online. So if you are having a problem paying, just let us know if you need us to do that.
