The Digitalcrone is a partnership.  We are Power Sellers and Trading Assistants located in the mountains of North Carolina, transplanted here from Chicago. Bill handles the logistics of packing & shipping and book keeping (no small undertaking!). Mia handles the photos, descriptions & listing process, and we work together to answer questions.

We deal with a GREAT variety of items which are brought into our drop-off store. As a part of our terms of service (TOS) we admit that we are not experts on everything that we list. It takes years of experience to become an expert in just one field.

One of the great things about the members of eBay family is that they are extremely generous in sharing their knowledge in their own fields of expertise! Many times we have been grateful for the information provided to us by other eBayers who have experience in an area that we are novices in.  If you notice an listing error or something we have not mentioned, please email us and let us know. We can always use the help and certainly appreciate it!

 We have many repeat sellers who will bring us in 20 to 50 items at a time to put out at auction. We feel we have a duty to both our buyers and our sellers for honesty, fairness and accuracy.   Generally, if you take the time to stand in the other persons shoes, you end up doing the right thing. So, if you have an issue, please contact us and let us try to resolve it. We do our best to reveal any flaws or problems, but being human, we may miss something once in a while. If we do, it is never intentional - and on the very few occassions that we have had seller clients who "forgot" to reveal flaws to us, we have refused to list their items. However, we can't deal with problems if we aren't aware that they exist  so please contact us with any concerns.
