1. If I order multiple yards of fabric will they come as one cut?
Yes - all multiple yards will be cut to order. You may even combine an auction listing with a Buy It Now for a single cut. This does not apply to remnant orders or any listings that state "precut".
2. Do you have more of this auction fabric to buy?
All listings have a link to the Designer/Manufacturer's category in our store where you will find additional yardage of each fabric to Buy It Now, if there is more yardage available.
3. If I win this auction for 1 yard can I get X yards more at the same price?
No, you may add more yardage at the Buy It Now price from within our store, but the price for our auction listings is for the quantity stated only.
4. How much fabric is this listing for? How wide is it, what is the fabric content etc?
All of this information is clearly stated in our listings.
5. What is your Return Policy?
6. Why are the shipping/insurance charges much higher than your listing states?
Ebay does not allow for dynamic shipping so you must wait for an adjusted invoice with correct shipping. If you have not received an invoice within 1 day of purchase please contact us after checking your Ebay Messages Inbox.
7. How many yards of fabric do I need to complete this project?
While we try our best to accomodate you with this type of question there are hundreds of types/styles of patterns that have vastly different requirements. We highly recommend searching for your project idea via google to get an idea of yardage.
8. I haven't received my package yet, where is it?
All items come with Delivery Confirmation and all domestic buyer's will receive a tracking number provided in the Shipping Notification Email generated by Paypal. Keep this! You can also locate your tracking number in your Paypal Transaction Details. If you have checked this and still have questions, please contact us.
