Thank you so much for checking out our store.  We have gone a long way since we started in January of 2007.  When we opened My Scrappin Space we didn't expect the incredible responses we have gotten.   Our goal is  to offer you a great selection of Scrapbooking and crafting items to make those memories unforgettable.  Thank you so much for all your great emails.     

 We wanted to let you know the process of how we take care of your orders.  When you purchase from us if you let us know when you are finished we can send you an invoice.  We allow as much time as you need to shop but we can not go over about 30 days.  The reason is that ebay will not allow us to combine orders after 30 days.  If you happen to BIN and see that you have overpaid in shipping, we try our best to refund you the money.  If it is ever overlooked let us know.  Once we print out your order we package and 95% of the time print our shipping labels through paypal.  International orders are done by us where we package and fill out the necessary forms to send it to you internationally.  After we have finished packaging and sending we send out feedback.  We know how important it is to receive feedback.  That is why we try our best to have it done within 5 days  if it takes longer we apologize we are trying our best to have your items sent ASAP (we as well love getting packages in the mail as soon as yesterday :) ). 

On Insurance:  We do recommend it for some higher paid orders but we don't feel we can penalize you if your item has been damaged or lost.  We will try our best to compensate you :)  We always put our feet in our customers shoes and know it is the only ethical way of doing business.

 With our great success thanks to all of our great and loyal customers we will be expanding and adding new venders.  By the start of the school year we will be adding about 500 new items to our product line at great prices.  Thank you again and requests and comments are always welcomed :)
