My name is Dina Yvonne. I am in the process of creating a prototypes and an inventory of one of a kind artworks:
mini crochet teddy bears, women's and men's outerwear, jewelry (wire and beaded), greeting cards, mini paintings,
handbags, hair accessories, cat toys, and any other kooky thing my overwhelming imagination can get a hold of.
A little background...I have always been inspired to create things, I went to EMU to study fine arts,
I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts and continued at the College of Education to gain teacher certification for Visual Arts Education K-12.
My dream is to share ideas with a room full of people to encourage imagination and creativity. I also have aspirations to become a "corner shop"
owner to house my creations all under one roof for people to visit and enjoy with me :).
It is tough trying to balance two jobs, my health, a relationship and having enough "crafting & art time". I would like to meet people who can tell me how they did/do it!
I have too many ideas all at once, inspired by almost everything from nature, color combinations, to textures, to things I haven't tried yet and other artists just to name a few.
I tend to have a short attention span for any given project or process. This is one of the reasons I have so many different creations going on at one time.
I will get control of my erratic imagination and I will have pictures of the wonderous things I pump out of my mind and hands soon enough...
