Hello...Thanks for your interest. What to say here....Well I was very young when I was born...and got into full contact origami early.....ACTUALLY, I have been building plastic scale models since I was 4yrs old. My Uncle was very into this hobby and had a big influence as to my future model making addiction. At 16yrs. old I became a club disc jockey working in "discos" in downtown Boston. Didn't build much during that period. Everything was music oriented, I still dabbled with 1/48 Aircraft but nothing serious. Around 18yrs. I got the bug-to-build again and got very into Shaolin Kempo "5 Animal" Kung Fu. This was during the early period of  enhancement/weathering painting on scale models. Most builders were not painting in this manner so this new technique was very impressive and did great at scale model contests. Got hurt "real good" at Karate, couldn't walk without pain, so spent 3 days putting 14 shades of black on Testors 1/48th scale SR-71, added blues, purples, and grays to the black. Well this paid off with a "Best Of Show", the first ever for an aircraft subject at this particular I.P.M.S. contest. I was addicted, built like a man possessed. Still worked in clubs and kept up with the Martial Arts. At 21yrs. went into the Coast Guard, serving in Ocean City, Maryland on 44ft. and 35ft. boats. Ended this career in Chrisfield, MD. on an 82ft. cutter "Point Highland". Came home to Boston and went right back to the dance clubs, and opened my own Martial Arts Dojo. Closed that after 2yrs. and ran thru "several" jobs, ending up with a class A drivers licence doing flatbed hauling. Still building aircraft, figures, sci-fi, fantasy, and a lot of kit-bashing. During a layoff from truck driving a friend had a Hobby Shop and needed help. Some how 8yrs. went by and after the first 2yrs. I own the Hobby Shop. Throughout this period I have recieved 6 "Best Of Show", 8 "Entrants Favorite", 3 "Judges Awards", 11 "Special Awards", and over 50 "First In Category" trophies for my scale model creations at contests throughout the New England and New York areas. I now do mostly contract building doing a lot of scale railroad work. Although my passion is constructing military dioramas and vignetts that are 95% scratchbuilt. I have become widely reconized for creating extremely realistic and highly detailed groundwork/scenery/bombed-out buildings and have mastered the difficult technique of modeling stagnant or moving water. I still dabble in the Martial Arts now practiceing Aikido and Iadio and continue to DJ. If you want anythhing built model wise or need scenery/buildings ect. for your railroad lay-out I am the man for the job!  Once again thanks for your interest.
