I am a City & Guilds qualified Interior designer, a wife and  a mum

I used to own a High Street Gift shop , but due to the rising costs, harsh competition from out of town shopping centres, I had to close.

Rather than let it get me down, I decided to get myself busy making things and selling on Ebay.

I have been creating my Unique name poems since 2000, and have copyrighted them and all my work.

Now I have added more items to the personalised goods I make for people, It is a small business, but I enjoy it, and because I make things specifically for the customer, the big name stores are no longer competition to me, so I can trade happily.

From personalised gifts,cushions, Eco friendly shopping bags,Birthday cards, book marks ,novelty number plates and Seat Belt pads ,personalised Christening gifts,  I now offer many unusual items not available in high streets.

A new product is the mobile phone holder - not only useful for the ipod or phone, but customers have bought them for keys, make up anything they need to keep organised in handbags.

I do not make everything I sell, I would never have the time, so also on my page you can find a selection of fun gifts, and collectibles including lisenced and limited edition products, this is where having a high street gift shop helps, as I still have the supplier contacts and can get hold of almost anything.

these also come in versions for Christenings, Weddings, and I can also cover other eventful times, like graduation , passing test etc,

Postage:

I post out daily up to 1pm, (work days) fridays/saturdays i post on monday - unless it is bank holiday

I do obtain proof of postage .

I keep postage low as possible, Royal mail do have price in proportion system, so somethings may seem light but in fact are bulky so will not go as large letter.

Also I do have to buy the envelopes/labels/tape/boxes etc all the things necessary to pack the item in, it all comes into the cost

RETURNS:

I do accept returns if you comply with the following

1- you advise me with in 7 days, of the return and the reason- this then gives you time to get the item back to me.( it is a 14 day window so we both have time to work together)

2-faulty goods will be replaced on receipt of return.

3-goods MUST be in un-opened condition, perfect  as they left me, and in a condition they can be restocked-
