Purchasing means you accept our Terms of Sale:

1. PAYMENT: We accept PayPal payments only. Immediate payment is required upon Checkout. 2. ITEM CONDITION: All items are supplied brand new unless stated otherwise. 3. DEFECTIVE ITEMS: All sales are FINAL. For sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Items are inspected and shipped in good working order. Mechanical items which are found to be operationally defective by the customer (upon customer's initial receipt), are likely to have been damaged in transit and the full purchase value may be sought under the provided shipping insurance policy. Customers must contact us as soon as possible if there is a reason to initiate a full-value insurance claim. We have no facility for receiving returned items - items returned to our business address will not be replaced or credited. 4. POSTAL SYSTEM LOSSES: We retain individual billing receipts for mail service, but do not accept liability for postal service transit delays or losses. All orders are shipped with full-value shipping insurance. Loss claims will be initiated by us on behalf of a customer reporting non-delivery after a 'reasonable' period of time has elapsed. A 'reasonable' period of time may be a time-frame mutually agreed by a customer and Discount Health and Pleasure, in which a USPS First Class mail delivery would reasonably be expected to have been made. 5. MANUFACTURER PACKAGING AND SHIPPING: Discount Health and Pleasure reserves the right to remove excessive packaging in order to streamline mailers and maintain postal system compliance. Where necessary, we will utilize our own Bubblewrap padding to protect any items which are not shipped in the original manufacturer packaging. To continue offering discounted prices, we reserve the right to utilize economy packets and envelopes to maintain an 'at cost' approach to shipping. This does not negate our commitment to provide quality items quickly, safely, securely, and discreetly. 6. USE OF PRODUCTS: Customer assumes all responsibility for the risks associated with the proper or improper usage of products sold by Discount Health and Pleasure (Synapsync Incorporated). We advise all customers to take the time to read manufacturer instructions to be sure that all products are used in a safe, appropriate and healthy manner. Products supplied by us are strictly for novelty use only, and are sold as sexual/sensual aids for the purpose of experience enhancement - all other use is not recommended or permitted. Customers with certain medical conditions may wish to seek consultation with a medical professional before utilizing a sexual aid or sexual product/device of any type. Supplements and Consumables: the claims/statements made by Discount Health and Pleasure (Synapsync Incorporated) and the manufacturers of its products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Such products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Additionally, customers should follow the strict dosage and directions recommended by the manufacturer. Discontinue use of any product which causes adverse allergies, reactions or results. Most Supplements should not be consumed by children under 18 years of age. 7. INSTATE TAX REQUIREMENT: The current rate of state Sales Tax will be added to the total cost of all orders originating from, and shipping to California. 8. CUSTOMS REQUIREMENTS ON WORLDWIDE ORDERS: We cannot declare purchased items as 'gifts', or otherwise make false statements on customs declaration forms; international orders will be accurately declared at their total purchase value. Non-U.S. customers may incur value-based taxation and/or customs charges that are appropriate for their location; these charges will be in addition to payments made to Discount Health and Pleasure for the sale of its advertised items. International customers should verify their country's costs and regulations as applicable to products purchased beyond their economic region. Discount Health and Pleasure (Synapsync Incorporated) is not responsible for items confiscated by local customs, and refunds will not be issued to customers encountering such circumstances. International customers should make sure that their intended purchase meets local standards/regulations, and is suitable for use within their jurisdiction before completing the Checkout procedure.
