3. The winning bidder must respond within 48
hours of purchase.
Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after five (5)
business days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with
eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

United States via FedEx. Shipping costs will be paid by
the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during

1. We offer a 7 day return/refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any
reason, you may send item back (at buyer’s expense) for
refund.
2. Item will be refunded 20% restocking/service fee.

4. Return order must be in the same condition as

5. If an item received was damage or defective, please
notify seller within 5 days of receipt of item.
6. Defective items can only be exchanged for same

Return Procedures

to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number.
Merchandise should be carefully packed to
prevent any losses or damages in transit.
Merchandise
must be sent back in the original packaging and displaying the appropriate RMA
number.
All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days
from their original date of issue.
Returned packages not
displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or
expired RMA number will not be accepted.
We are not
responsible for any damage or injuries that the buyer
does not follow instruction to use our photography
supplies, which include lighting kits and compact
fluorescent light bulbs.
We are not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive
or that is not returned in accordance with the following
terms:
- We are not responsible for any losses in the mail
while returning returned merchandise.
- Merchandise should be properly packed and insured
with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
- Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional
damage will be refused and returned to sender at
sender's cost.
