numerous industries by selling their product that is excess, damaged or
returned. The items up for auction may be new, unsold stock, non-current
inventory, used, damaged, open or missing box, or non-working. For that reason,
please read each auction for details. Every auction provides the condition,
actual photos, warranty and shipping information for that item. Use this
information to determine it's value to you and please bid accordingly.
All of our auctions start
with a low opening price, no reserve and except for large truckline shipping,
provide fixed shipping charges. What more could you ask for?

Our hours of operation are
Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm and 9:00am - 5:30pm on Fridays. We are closed on weekends and holidays and do
not answer email or voicemail during these times. You may reach us at
662-429-9015. If it is after normal business hours, you can dial extension 104
and leave a voicemail. Please reference the auction number, your name and a way to
contact you in all correspondence.

*Do you ship
internationally?
No. After many years of doing
so, we have decided to stop shipping internationally.
*Is Canada considered
"international"?
Yes. Because of being charged
for "customs & duties" fees that were not collected from our customers, we have
elected to no longer ship to Canada.
*I run my business out of my
home. On truckline shipments, do I have to pay a "residential delivery fee"?
Yes. Even though you are
running a business out of your home, you are still in a residential area. For
this reason, freight lines will charge a delivery fee in addition to the normal
freight charges.
*Can I return an item that I
purchased?
Only if the item does not meet
the description and specifications outlined in the auction ad. (Please note: You
must contact our Ebay department prior to sending the item back to us to obtain
approval and an RMA number. Returning an item without an RMA number will result
in forfeiture of your item and purchase price.)
*I live in Hawaii /Alaska.
Do I need to contact you for a shipping quote or can I go by the shipping cost
quoted in the ad?
You do need to contact us for
an accurate shipping quote. All of our shipping rates are quoted based on
shipping to the U.S. 48 continental states. It costs more to ship to Hawaii and
Alaska.
*I am local. Can I pick the
item up at your location and save the shipping charges?
Yes. You can pick up any item
at our location and we will not charge shipping fees. You will, however, be
responsible for paying Mississippi Sales Tax of 7%.
