RETURN POLICY
A full cash refund will be given if I Misrepresented the item or neglect to mention a major flaw. Item must be returned and then the refund will be issued. Email me first with the details of why . I must receive notification of return within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns are not accepted if the item does not fit. Please check the measurements carefully.
SHIPPING
COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE....Email with items!!! Neck ties: Each additional neck tie will recieve a .75 discount. Other items: Email me with the items you are interested in as it depends on the size and weight whether there will be a discount or not.
If you do recieve a shipping discount, purchase your items and I will send you a combined invoice reflecting the discount.
We ship out next business day after payment is received.

***We welcome international business but will only put accurate information on customs forms. Any duty or taxes charged by your government or postal service is your responsibility. We cannot take responsibility for customs delays in shipping.
Discounted International Shipping costs include handling charges as we need to fill out customs forms and hand deliver to our postal office.
US 1st CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL : This is our usual method of mailing International Mail. The rates are affordable but tracking is very limited. Delivery can be anywhere from 3 days to 30 days. There is a 99% success rate in delivery.
PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL: This is a faster method as far as delivery goes. Tracking is still very limited.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
