Trusted PowerSeller:
This basically means I have sold a lot
of things to a lot of satisfied people on a consistent basis.
Translation: you can trust me because I won't steal your money and
not send you the item. Yes, I have bought from a seller with 100%
feedback, with over 100 transactions who gladly took my $300 but
never shipped the item. Don't worry - when you pay with PayPal, they
make sure you are covered.
100% Authentic:
All of the items I sell are 100%
authentic guaranteed or your money back. Every item is hand selected
by me from various reputable retail locations. There are many
deceitful sellers out there selling fake Coach items - some don't
even know the difference. Still not sure: check out my feedback for
an extra dose of reassurance.
Fast Processing:
When you pay for your item(s) I try to
ship the very next day and sometimes even the same day. There's
nothing like paying for an expedited shipping service only to have
the seller print the label the same day and actually put the item in
the mail one week later - yes, that has happened to me. Also, when
my listing says "Priority Mail" that is what you will get.
Occasionally I will upgrade a shipping service, but I will not
downgrade. I've bought from a PowerSeller that claimed Priority and
sent First Class. Not cool!
Quality Packaging:
I wrap everything the way I would want
to receive it. That usually means bubble wrap and sometimes packing
paper in an appropriately sized container taped well. Basically, I
pack with the assumption that the shipping carriers will
throw/drop/punt/smash my package. I will not cram a Coach bag in a
small box to save on shipping. As a buyer myself, I am quite
surprised to see the way some things arrive: a Coach bag just tossed
in a box (no wrap), clothing stuffed unprotected in an envelope that
is way too small and even something sent just in bubble wrap - no
box.
Reasonable Shipping Charges:
Now you've all seen the seller who will
charge $20 to ship a wallet via Priority Mail or $8.95 to ship a key
chain. I won't do that. Many of my listings offer free shipping,
but for those that don't, I try my best to estimate exact shipping
charges. Sometimes I am wrong (usually I end up just paying the
extra). I have even sent refunds to customers for the shipping
charge balance when I have overestimated the cost.
Communication:
As a buyer myself, when I have a
question - I want a quick answer before someone else snatches the
item I am looking at. I try and get back to everyone the same day or
the next day if it is really late at night.
Item Description:
I try my hardest to accurately describe
the item I am selling. That means pointing out every little thing
that I can find wrong with it and trying to photograph it. As a
buyer it sucks when you receive something with a rip, tear, pen mark,
bad smell, different color, etc. when it wasn't mentioned in the
listing, or when the listing advertised perfect condition. Sometimes
it is late at night, and I might miss something. That is why I
accept returns.
Photos:
I try to photograph everything I sell.
Usually I take multiple photos so I can best represent the item. For
items where I have more than one of the same thing, sometimes I will
just use photographs of one item, if they look the same. If you
would like to know about a certain item, just ask. Sometimes I will
use a stock photo to show the item in better lighting, but I will
also include actual photos of the item you will get. (Don't worry,
you will always be able to tell which is the stock photo: it is the
one that looks better than all the others.) Beware of a seller who
shows just one stock photo! I've bought from a listing with just a
stock photo and the item looked nothing like the photo. Sometimes it
works out, sometimes not so much.
