Discovery Channel Store offers an exchange or refund for the full purchase amount of most items returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. After 30 days, we offer an exchange or store credit in the amount of the current selling price (excludes Meade telescopes and accessories).

Returns must be accompanied by an original sales receipt, and items must be returned in new condition with the original packaging and contents (defective items exempted). For items returned without a receipt, DiscoveryStore.com only offers an exchange or store credit at the current selling price. The following rules also apply to all returns and exchanges:

• Ebay items may not be returned in Discovery Channel Retail Stores
• All telescope returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, unused and in the original
• packaging for a refund or exchange.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
• Most exchanges and returns are processed within two weeks of receipt.
