General Terms and Conditions
All goods, unless otherwise stated, have a minimum of a 1 year return to base warranty, some products come with a five year warranty, but this is manufacturer dependant.
Returns Please contact us for a returns number prior to sending goods back, else goods may be rejected. In line with distance selling regulations all goods can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt for any reason. If the goods are faulty we ask you return the item to us and you will be reimbursed full shipping costs when the goods are tested and prove faulty; at this point you have the option of a replacement (sent free of charge) or a full refund. After 7 days goods can only be returned if they prove to be faulty; these will need to be returned to us for inspection, goods can be collected by our nominated courier but a charge equal to the costs to us will be levied in this case. No refund is given on return postage charges for faulty items after 7 days, we only bear the cost of the return of goods.
Dispatch We aim to dispatch all goods the same day if ordered and paid for before 2pm, this may not always be possible and goods may ship the next working day. We do not operate during weekends, public holidays or during the break between Christmas & New Year. If you have an urgent delivery deadline please phone the office for advise on if we can offer a next day guaranteed service. If you require an urgent delivery you should use our Courier option (this is only available to Mainland UK, contact the office for journeys that involve a water crossing). The courier we use is CityLink, we use them for logistical reasons and will not use any other courier, nor do we allow courier collection of goods as this ties up staff time and underminds PayPal policy. Royal Mail, although we normally use their first class recorded service do not have a guaranteed service level, meaning goods normally arrive next day but they can take a week. All goods are sent fully insured, if you do not receive goods within 3 working of ordering, please contact us to ensure they have been dispatched, if they have please check with your sorting office to ensure the goods are not being held there. We will check CityLink tracking information after 1 working day has passed if you require an urgent delivery.

Personal visitors are not welcomed without prior arrangement and will be turned away without a prior appointment. This is the address from which goods are dispatched, not necessarily stored.
