Please allow mail 1-3 weeks for mail delivery from Canada to the USA and other International destinations...Customs has been taking longer with cross border shipping due to increased package scrutiny. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to control the flow of mail so I appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.

Do you accept Paypal?

Yes. (But I will only ship to the address registered with Paypal.)

How can I contact you?

You can email me using my regular registered email address via the auction site (you can use "ask seller a question") or contact me at shop@time-rover-treasures.com

Why aren't you replying to my emails?

Double check the spelling of the email address you are writing to. If the email address is misspelled it doesn't get to the appropriate email server. You might want to try "eBay's ASK SELLER A QUESTION" service. Mail going through a different server sometimes does the trick. Also my isp's email server could be down or I can't logon to the internet. I do check my email several times a day so don't give up! If my computer dies I will contact you somehow.

How and with what materials do you ship?

My items are shipped via Canada Post. Most items are sent small packet airmail. Handbills, stamps and postcards are shipped light packet since they can easily fit in an oversize envelope or card. I use bubble wrap or padded envelopes for books and magazines and back them with cardboard. Boxes and bubble wrap are employed for bulkier items. Lettermail items are usually backed by cardboard or heavy paper. Poster tubes are used for roll up posters and umbrellas. Jewellery or Thimbles are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in plastic containers within bubble envelopes. Window cards are shipped flat in heavy cardboard.

How long does it take for airmail delivery?

Airmail delivery is NOT courier service. In my experience it takes anywhere from 5-15 business days (1-3 weeks) from CANADA to the USA Bad weather, holiday seasons, and customs inspection can delay the delivery of mail. Mail headed outside of the USA or Canada sometimes takes a bit longer. If you are located in the USA or Canada and desire faster service I suggest Xpress Post for speedier delivery. When will you mail my item?

I normally ship within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. I normally don't ship on weekends since there is limited postal service. This time frame allows for me to ship during the business week. In some cases I buy shipping supplies as needed so this time frame allows for the purchase of those items once I've received your payment.

Why haven't I got my package yet?

You will receive an email from shop@time-rover-treasures.com indicating your item has shipped. Please check your email spam folders and account settings if you do not receive it.

All my mail has my return address. If for some reason your mail is returned to me I will notify you right away. Again take into account that customs may be inspecting the package. If in doubt check your local post office to see if there is any mail for you. Sometimes those notice of delivery cards don't get delivered and your package sits waiting at the post office unclaimed. Remember airmail can take anywhere from 5-15 BUSINESS days. Destinations overseas may have longer delivery times.

What is your return policy?

I will gladly accept a return and issue a full refund (less shipping) if you notify me of the problem in writing (via email) within 7 days of receipt. Item MUST be returned to seller before a refund is issued. Refunds issued by Paypal only. Thank you.
