My name is Linda Kraai. Together with my husband of thirty plus years, we collect and sell antiques in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We have previously owned several retail stores, but presently use the online auction forum and have been Ebay Sellers since 1999.
Over the years we have established a reputation for offering quality antiques and collectibles at reasonable prices. We specialize in American and Continental sterling silver, coin, etc., both flatware and hollowware. Also, periodically we offer fine jewelry, watches, perfumes, vanity items, vintage clothing, accessories, textiles, pottery, porcelain, ephemera, and other treasures we feel our fellow ebayers will appreciate.
Every item we offer is researched, inspected and photographed. We do our best to describe and picture our merchandise clearly and honestly, including details about any noted imperfections or flaws, regardless how minor they may be.
We are committed to selling and delivering quality items, as well as maintaining our high Ebay approval rating. Customer service is very important to us. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

| Shipping & Handling |
Buyer prepays Shipping and Insurance costs via Priority Insured mail, unless otherwise stated.
Multiple purchases, made on a single day, gladly and automatically combined. Due to frequent shipping Buyer must request combined shipping of multiple day auction wins and Seller will try to accommodate. Winner Notification/Invoice will be forwarded shortly after auctions end, reflecting discounted Shipping and appropriate Insurance.
Merchandise paid via electronic methods usually ships within 24-48 hours, other methods ship upon clearance; apx. ten business days. |
| International Shipping |
Attention International Buyers: Due to PayPal international package tracking requirements which mandate USPS Express shipping (or equivalent) for confirmation of delivery outside the US, we CANNOT ship any silver or gold purchase outside the United States, if the final sale price exceeds $250.00.
Many/most countries specifically Restrict and/or Prohibit USPS Express shipping of silver and gold from the United States. Due to these restrictions we are unable to comply with PayPal's International Express shipping requirement, however PLEASE NOTE: For purchases valued less than $250.00 PayPal does allow us to ship USPS International Priority Insured, which IS an acceptable method of shipping silver/gold to most countries. (multiple purchases MUST be combined into one shipment, with total value less than $250.00, U.S.) Subsequently we are very happy to ship purchases valued at less than $250.00 to most International locations.
Shipping rates are determined by destination and item. Quotes gladly supplied in advance upon request, however all quotes are estimates; although seldom different, a final amount is provided once item is completely packaged for shipping to winners destination. Insurance, if available, is determined by final sales amount. Customs documents will be completed accurately.
International bidders can confirm policies regarding the mailing of precious metals from the U.S. by reviewing the International Mail Manual on the United States Postal website: www.usps.com Search for the "International Mail Manual", then click on the lower left blue sidebar for an alphabetical country listing. Click on your country, and go to Restricted/Prohibited items. If questions remain please email Seller prior to bidding and we will do our best to assist you.

Insurance is required, unless otherwise stated.
If eBay purchase does not arrive, or arrives damaged, Buyer must notify Seller immediately. Goods lost or damaged in shipping will be refunded directly to Buyer by Shipper, via Buyer initiated insurance claim. Seller will provide shipping, insurance and tracking forms to Buyer in a timely manner. Seller cannot be responsible for uninsured items, nor delays, and/or packages lost in transit by shipper. |
| Terms of Sale |
We specialize in antique, vintage and estate items, so unless otherwise noted this merchandise has been previously owned and is in used condition. Every item is carefully inspected, described and pictured. Any noted imperfections or flaws are disclosed, regardless how minor.
If Bidder has questions or requires additional information it is the Bidders responsibility to contact Seller prior to bidding.
Seller reserves the right to cancel bids and/or withdraw property before sale.
Bidding on an auction automatically constitutes agreement with these terms. |
| Refunds |
Please Note: Buyer must notify Seller within 24 hours of item receipt to initiate refund request, which will be granted only on the basis of substantial/significant omission, error, or inadvertent misrepresentation by Seller. Seller must receive return within 7 days: in original/same size box, with similar/same packing materials. Return shipping and insurance responsibility of Buyer, however if Seller approves refund, timely credit, including S & I cost, will be issued in same form as original payment. |

If Buyer is pleased with merchandise and overall purchase, Seller would be most appreciative of Positive Feedback, gladly supplying reciprocal response. If there are any areas of concern please notify Seller immediately, as every effort will be made to successfully and satisfactorily conclude transaction. |
