We also accept custom-made order, as long as the order is for more than ten same model cases, and you are willing to give it a little extra time.

For your convenience, we accept VISA and MasterCard. You can either use your credit card on phone line or email the informaction of the card to us.

However we only accept cards that have been issued in Canada or the United States.
2, money order or cashiers cheque:
Money order/bank drafts/cashiers cheque are also acceptable.

Paypal payment is available. Our paypal account is kitlee@telus.net. The system will email me that your payment has received. We will ship your item and email the tracking number of the item to you.
All of prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, and the payments will be made US currency.
Shipping and Delivery
We are full time service our customer. Usually Items will be shipped within 48 hours through FedEx after the payment was received.
If we have shipped your order, you can find the tracking number and more details in the shipping confirmation email we have sent you.
Refund Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product by mail. Simply return the product
in the same condition as when you purchased it, with all manuals, accessories, and the packing slip. We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund, up to 30 days after your receive your order.
Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable. However, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.
On purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
