Depending on a listing I offer 2 ways of delivery; priority and recorded delivery. In a listings where priority delivery is mentioned the buyer before paying for the item can ask me to upgrade to recorded delivery which is more secured and it will add to the shipping costs.
First Class / Priority - The buyer cannot claim for lost or undelivered items, as this kind of delivery is not recorded and therefore I can not track the delivery of the item.
Recorded (signed for) - If item is undelivered or lost in post, buyer must wait at least 15 working days until I can make claims through the post office.
A FULL REFUND, will be issued after a claim is made through the post office. The buyer, via Email, can request a copy of the Recorded Slip.
