     Doggie Bow Tiesis a trade name registered trademark and is registered in the United States Patent  and Trademark Office.  Doggie Bow Ties may not be used as a domain name or in reference to dog accessories, namely ribbon topknot bows for small dogs, namely double loop bows, single loop bows, multiple loop (Loopy bows, casual topknot bows and show quality topknot bows.  In other words, this trade name and logo design represents my product and may not be used by another to promote, sell, or describe their topknot bows.  Doggie Bow Ties topknot bows may not be resold using the registered trademark name and logo to identify them in any form.  Doggie Bow Ties registrant is a member of eBay's Verified Rights Owner (VeRO)rogram as stated above, and any and all infringing auctions will be reported through eBay's VeRO Program, and the infringing auction will be removed.

.::Doggie Bow Ties Auction Copyright and Trademark Information::.

• All text in my auction description is my original work and is copyrighted. Copying my ad description and changing a few words, or rearranging the sentences, does not make it yours. Images which contain my registered trademark and logo are considered part of my ad description and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Infringements causing actual confusion by consumers will be turned in through eBay's VeRO Program. 

• All images, including background images and item images, are my original work and are watermarked and copyrighted. They may not be taken for any reason.

• All logo designs including compressed and transparent images are my original work and are watermarked and copyrighted. They may not be taken for any reason.

• My template auction design including html are my original work and is not to be taken from the view source.

• Bow set names such as "Busy Bee", "Neon Dayzee", "Tropicana Brites", "Sugar and Spice", are my original titles that I have created to name my bow sets and are not the true names of the ribbon used. 
  

• Bow Dangles FanaCee Satinique Butter Flutter Ties Perfectly Precious Cuteez Itty Bitty Teeny Tiny Itsy Bitsy Silkies Tiny Ties and Loopy Bowsare working trademark names of bows created by Doggie BowTies This means that I am claiming trademark to these names and using them to identify bow design which I have created. Confusingly similar trademark names identifying the same bow product (copied) will be turned in as trademark infringements.
