Tom doing what he loved best

My late husband spent his entire life on the railroad; first as a volunteer, then as an engineer and diesel locomotive mechanic.  He worked on various railroads from New England to Florida and, as a result, you will see a large number of items specific to those areas.  I have had the collection appraised by an expert in railroad collectibles and it is one of the top ten collections in the country.  As you might expect, he had all of the "standard" items but there are so many more that are unique and/or rare and that I have never seen on ebay.  Everything is authentic.  I am not selling any copies or repros, unless specifically noted.  Keep watching because if you want it, I probably have it!  I hope that these pieces bring you as much pleasure as they did him.

In addition to his many years of working on real railroads, Tom was also a noted custom O Scale modeler.  He was well known for his custom cars modeled after those that he saw on the job.  These are accurate in every respect, highly detailed and professionally painted.  Most of these are types not mass produced by any of the modeling companies.  If you are an O Scaler, keep watching because I will be listing over 200 of these custom cars.
