Do you combine shipping?

Do not send payment until you are finished bidding and you are ready for your items to be shipped - you will receive a new invoice at the end of each item won.
 

Do you have more than one of this item?

Our policy is to list everything we have in stock whenever possible. We divide the items between auctions and store inventory so if you are looking for multiple quantity listings,  check our eBay store - if you don't see it there then chances are that we don't have multiple quantities. We always try to get as many of an item as we can but some items sell quickly and we may have a dozen sets on Monday and one on Wednesday and none by Friday. There is a search box in our store in the description area of every one of our listings that you can use to easily search only our store and you can enter the key elements of the auction title to find out if we have more than one of an item.

When will my item ship?

Payments received prior to 8PM Monday thru Friday are processed the same day. We ship every Monday thru Friday before noon. For example If your payment is received by 8:00 PM on a Sunday evening - chances are your package will go out on Monday. If your payment is received at 4:00 PM on Monday - It will go out on Tuesday morning.

You should receive the tracking information for your item from PayPal when we purchase the shipping label.

To prevent this from happening:

Make sure your email address on file is up-to-date with both eBay and PayPal.

Check your email  systems spam or bulk mail  folder

Add PayPal and eBay email addresses to your address book.

Do I need to pay extra for delivery confirmation?

No we provide delivery confirmation on every single package we ship. It is the sellers responsibility to provide tracking information and to be able to prove delivery.  If a seller tells you this is not so - they are uneducated with the requirements of both eBay and PayPal to be able to provide an online track-able proof of delivery on every shipment.

Please note: Delivery confirmation is NOT insurance - if you desire insurance on your package - it is at the rate of $1.65 per $50.

Do you accept personal checks?

Do you offer local pickup?

No - We cannot offer local pickup at this time for several reasons. First and foremost is the lack of an online track-able delivery method as required by both eBay and PayPal under the requirements for sellers. The second reason is that we do not have a brick and mortar store and do not have the means to accommodate local pickup.

Can I return my item?

Absolutely*! Although we are not obligated to accept any items for return, we want our customers to be happy with the items they purchase from us. From time to time we miss something or we make a mistake - we are human after all! If we make a mistake, we will fix it! We will replace the item if available or refund your payment in full if we are at fault.

We will gladly accept any return within 7 days of the day your package was delivered to you. If the item is defective or not as described - we will pay for the return shipping costs and refund your payment including your shipping fees upon return of the item.  If the item is simply the wrong color, or you have buyer remorse - you can return the item at your expense and we will refund your purchase price within 7 days - shipping charges are non-refundable in this case.  You must email us for instructions PRIOR to returning your item.

Items must be returned in the condition they were shipped with all of the original manufacturer's  packaging. Items returned in condition other than they were received will be depreciated in value at our discretion.

* Returns are accepted only on items paid for within 7 days of end of auction - shipping charges are non-refundable unless we make a mistake.  Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery or a 50% restocking fee will also be charged.  Refunds are issued by PayPal or merchandise credit only. If it necessary to send refund via traditional mail then the cost of a postal money order sent via Registered Mail will be deducted from the refund. 

Do you leave feedback?

Yes!! - we use an automated feedback return tool and you will automatically receive feedback when positive feedback is left for us. If there is a problem with your purchase - DO NOT immediately leave negative feedback - give us a chance to work it out with you. EVERY SINGLE NEGATIVE we have received was left in haste without giving us a chance to work it out with the buyer. We do make mistakes but we also are very customer service oriented and will do everything in our power to correct any error or problem we cause. We want you to be happy!
