Payment: Your bid is a contract! Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you're the winning bidder, you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. We must have contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction and receive payment within 7 days. If you can't do this, please let us know before you bid. We will file an Unpaid Item Dispute if payment is not received within 7 days.

For our protection, PayPal requires that you have a confirmed address.

Money Orders and Cashiers Checks: Please let me know you'll be paying this way as soon as possible. I will have to give you instructions on how they should be made out, so please don't mail them until you get those instructions.

International bidders: According to the US Postal Service, CANADA is a foreign country and therefore is considered an international sale. Please be aware that, unfortunately, we speak only English.

• You must pay in US Dollars by PayPal.
• You must email us before bidding so that we know international bidders are interested. You do not need to wait for a reply. If you use "Buy It Now" you may skip this step.
• You must send us an email with your address correctly formatted for your country. We've had too many cases where eBay gives us a garbage address.
• You are responsible for customs duties. We will mark the customs forms that your purchase is a gift worth $10 (regardless of the purchase price); this generally means no duties.
• Any shipping method other than Global Express® requires a physical trip to the Post Office; this may take an extra day or two. This method is limited to 4 pounds (1.8 kg, including packaging).
• We have found that Global Priority® is often less expensive than even the "Economy" rates. However, if an "Economy" or Airmail rate does appear to be less, you are welcome to request that option.

Combined Shipping: Yes, we can combine on shipping to save you money. However, you need to look at the bottom of the description above. You'll see "Stock Location;" this is where the item is. We cannot combine shipments from different locations. Otherwise, we're happy to offer a discounted shipping rate.

If you are bidding on multiple items, please contact us very soon after the first auction ends so that we won't be bugging you with repeat invoices.

I will send a combined invoice on multiple items won within a 3 day period. It will show the total shipping, which will be discounted. Please pay the last invoice only; this saves me money on PayPal fees, which we pass on to you. If you pay the interim invoices, we cannot offer the full discount.

Shipping: For Stock Location "ZZ" shipping will be based on the weight of the shipment (including the packing material). We will almost always ship by the US Postal Service from there. From the other stock locations, shipping is generally at a flat rate.

Handling: after careful tracking of expenses, we find that ink for the printer to do the labels runs around $.16 per order. Shipping labels run just over $.30 each. Over a recent 60 day period, our fees averaged over 40% of sales. Between photographs, listing, and shipping, we put in close to an hour per auction - and that doesn't count time monitoring the auctions or the cost of the camera.

So, yes, we do include a handling fee in the shipping calculator to help recover costs associated with listing on eBay, such as tape, printer ink, shipping labels, gas to get to the post office, fees, and our time. This is not profit; please don't begrudge us this.

FYI: Did you know that a $9.99 auction on eBay costs the seller $1.29 (13%) in fees alone. Add on to that shipping ($4.05 minimum for Priority) and the cost of the item. And if it doesn't sell the first time, you have to pay to list it again. That doesn't leave much profit. So don't think we're getting rich here.

Back Orders: While we strive to make sure that our products are in stock, occasionally an item may be out of stock. If this happens we will notify you as soon as we know to obtain your instructions on whether to wait while we restock or to cancel the order without prejudice. {If the "Stock Location" shows as "ZZ," it is guaranteed to be in stock.}

Allergies: We do smoke and have a dog. Smoking is limited to outside, not in the house, but the dog does come inside. Before shipping I will either include a fabric softener sheet or use fabric freshening spray. If you are sensitive to dogs or smoke you may want to skip my auctions. {This only applies to items with a "Stock Location" of "ZZ."}

Sales tax: Since we are a licensed retailer in the state of South Carolina, we must charge SC residents the sales tax, which then goes to the state every month.

Emails and questions: We try reply to all emails within 24 hours every day. However, if you email us over weekends, we may not reply to you until Monday morning.

Feedback: We appreciate your feedback about our listings. Please leave us your feedback after you receive your item, and we will gladly do the same. If there is a problem with your purchase, please let us know before leaving bad (negative or neutral) feedback so the we can attempt to reach a mutually satisfactory solution. Your feedback for us will have no bearing on what we leave for you. We will leave ours depending on what kind of buyer you are. If you do not leave feedback, we will include that in our eventual feedback.
