When I began selling on eBay I researched the market and read what buyers were saying about their jewelry purchases in their feedback. When I saw a complaint it was almost always about items not looking like the picture or not being as large as they thought. I was determined not to fall into that same trap. The photos taken are of the actual item for auction and are not retouched. We decided not to use PhotoShop to enhance the color or sparkle. In fact, I have a very hard time photographing diamonds so they almost ALWAYS look better than the pictures. But I want to give you the best possible picture and description so you will not be disappointed in your purchase. So far that has worked for us!
As of this writing I have over 3300 positive feedback and 0 negatives! That is very important to me. I want my customers to be happy. So we describe accurately, ship promptly (usually within 12 hours) and try to communicate well. We ALWAYS answer our emails. If you do not receive an answer to your question then something is wrong. More than likely the message is lost in a Spam folder.
