me.
My name is Vera,
and I have 3 wonderful children,
Miranda, Jordan, and
Lily who is my little
muse and model.
I love the whole design
process of making a special garment. From the concept, to
picking the perfect fabrics and trims, and to the actual
construction.
I've been sewing for
over 20 years and heirloom smocking for almost as
long. I never tire of the look of classic
clothing. I believe a childs clothing should be
comfortable and simple enough for the child to be the center of
attention -not the clothing. Yet it should still be
stylish and elegant.
I began selling on eBay
in 2003 and have a website, Doodlebug Lane.com, where you can
also find me.
