Selling on eBay since 3/24/2000!
|
Hello and Welcome to my About Me page! This is where I sell my comics and other collectibles I've acquired over the years. I have way too much stuff and no closet space and storage is getting ridiculously expensive for things I never even look at, so my loss is your gain! Please feel free to check out my auctions below, I have tons of weird odds and ends all the time!

Now On With the Show!
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU HAVE WON:
#1) Wait for me to email you! I will send a total including shipping within three days of the end of the auction. This email will be sent through the eBay invoice system!
#2) DO NOT USE THE CHECKOUT FEATURE! I do not use this feature and do not answer any emails that come thru it.
#3) ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS include ALL YOUR INFORMATION when paying for an auction. ALWAYS tell me WHO you are, WHERE you live and WHAT you bought! Not telling me these important things will result in delays in shipping your items.
#4) I DO NOT NEGOTIATE ON SHIPPING. Don't even ask. If you don't want to pay what I charge on shipping, please don't bid on my auctions and take it up with the post office, as they are the ones who raised the rates.
#5) I can safely fit 10 comic books in one envelope. Because of this fact, I will only combine up to 10 comic book auctions under one shipping charge ($5.00 for domestic or Canada). So, 10 comics per package, a charge for each package. (This does not apply to non-comic-book auctions, since those are usually sent in boxes. Also if you bid on sets of comics, take into account how many comics are in each set when making your counts of 10.) This is to keep it easier for me to keep things together for people, and also to smooth the end of auction email process.
#6) If you are bidding on auctions that end at different times, I will combine them for you, but I won't email until all the auctions end.
#7) Due to too many troubles with payments from and lost packages to overseas bidders, I can NO LONGER ACCEPT international bids. I am really sorry about this, but if I can't guarantee stuff will get there, I can't in good conscience accept bids from overseas. US Military addresses and Canadian addresses are still safe, so those are exempt.
IMPORTANT: I require ALL auctions to be paid within 14 days of auction close! NO EXCEPTIONS! After 15 days I will file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert. If I am still unpaid 7 days after I file the alert, you WILL receive NEGATIVE FEEDBACK and be BANNED from any of my future auctions. Please don't waste my time and listing fees with fraudulent bids!
The Helpful DoronjoSama Auctions FAQ
1) Why did you give me a negative/neutral feedback? I leave a negative or neutral feedback only in one situation: if I never received your money.
2) When do you leave feedback? I leave feedback as soon as I receive feedback from you, the bidder! This way, I know for sure that the item(s) you bid on have arrived safely, and thus, I know my part of the auction is completed.
3) What payment methods do you accept? I accept PayPal (preferred!), money orders, and personal checks. For Canadian bidders, I accept PayPal and international postal money orders. Please be advised- sending cash through the mail is a risky proposition, as there is no way to track it. I assume no responsibility for any payments lost by the US Postal Service!
4) How fast do you ship? I work a full-time job (40-65 hours a week), so sometimes it can take up to two weeks to get items packaged and to the post office. That being said, I try to ship things as quickly as possible- but please do not freak out if it takes two weeks for me to mail your package! It takes a minimum of 2-3 weeks for delivery on all my auctions, simply because I don't get enough days off.
5) Why didn't you email me at all? If you didn't get *any* email about the end of one of my auctions, PLEASE make sure the email address you have registered with eBay is CURRENT and WORKING. Emails that bounce don't help anyone- and it is completely possible to update your email address in your eBay profile! Make sure the email you have registered on eBay works!
6) I sent my money, why did you take so long to ship it? Slow shipment is usually caused by my second largest pet peeve: TELL ME WHAT ITEM YOU ARE PAYING FOR WHEN YOU SEND YOUR PAYMENT. Put the item number, if need be, but any kind of note saying what the payment is for is helpful! Many of my auctions end at the same price, and on the same day. A money order sent with no explanation means I have to try to guess which item you won. I sell HUNDREDS of items. Trying to guess who won what means it takes me longer to ship to you.
My Shipping Information
For United States Residents: I ONLY ship using Priority Mail, which is now $5.00 (darn postal rates going up!). Why do I only use Priority Mail? Delivery Confirmation! I now use Delivery Confirmation on ALL eBay-related packages. This is so the package can be tracked if the postal service loses it. I pay for the Delivery Confirmation fee. I DO NOT NEGOTIATE ON SHIPPING COSTS.
For International Residents: I DO NOT ship internationally. I have had too much trouble with payments coming from international bidders and too much trouble with packages being "lost" during international transit, as well as too many packages bouncing back to me. If you are using a US military FPO or APO, you can still bid. If you are in Canada, you can still bid. Those are the only exceptions to my "No International Shipping" policy. Sorry!
