98% of our product is NEW in box, in or out of bag, with or without tags, unless otherwise noted.

We try to be as honest with our descriptions as possible. Some boxes may have minor damage, but, anything out of the ordinary will be noted in the item's description.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. So, please ask any and all questions BEFORE you bid!
We will EXCHANGE items that are damaged or defective upon receipt or shipped incorrectly. Postage is not refunded unless it was a shipping error on our part.
Exchange involves returning the product to us and us shipping a replacement to you.

SHIPPING

Yes, we combine shipping for multiple item purchases.

We ship on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS and FRIDAYS.

Shipping is flat rate unless otherwise noted. It works for us and 99% of our buyers. If it doesn't work for you, we thank you for looking at our auctions.

We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Alaska, Hawaii & International buyers...We appreciate that many of you are GREAT buyers and pay fast, but please wait for an invoice with your final shipping cost OR e-mail us in advance and we'll be happy to give you a shipping quote.

Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate customer pick-up of items. The warehouse we use does not permit it for security reasons.

We will automatically e-mail you a tracking number or delivery confirmation after your item has shipped.

PAYMENTS

We prefer PayPal for fastest service (CONFIRMED addresses preferred, but if you have good feedback we'll let it slide).
Money Orders, and Certified/Cashier's Checks are also accepted.

International buyers MUST pay in US$ Dollars via PayPal Confirmed ONLY.

Miscellaneous

We are human and ocassionally make mistakes. If you should receive an incorrect/defective/broken item, just e-mail us and we'll have the correct/new item out the next day. Most of the products we sell are NEW, unless otherwise noted in the listing. If you ever receive something and have questions about it, e-mail us to resolve any issues before leaving feedback we're all going to regret. Check our feedbacks, not all positives were perfect, but, as you can read, we made sure our customers were happy in the end.

As much as we hate to give Negative Feedback, we will. Payment is expected within 7 days. At 10 days, you will get a Non-Paying Bidder report filed, another 10-30 days after that you will get a Negative Feedback. Simple as that, nothing personal, just trying to run a business here and keep eBay a good place for the 99.9% great buyers/sellers out there.
