---------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've got six words for ya:
1.STAY It's incredible how bad some sellers are (notice I said some, not all). Don't use sneaky descriptions (e.g. describing the features of something while conveniently forgetting to make it known that it doesn't work). Don't charge $20.00 to ship something that weighs one or two ounces. Have pictures of the actual item. If you're going to sell to English-speaking customers, learn to speak English yourself. And for pete's sake, don't wait until a few minutes before or after the auction ends to answer a question. Especially you "Power Sellers" who think they are too good to actually deal with the customer or help with their problems with your products. And shame on eBay for not taking better measures to protect the buyers for fear of losing the fee-paying sellers. ![]() |
