WHY THE NAME: DOT ON SHAFT GUITARS

he Dot On Shaft name is incredibly significant to me because it represents principles that are near and dear to my heart and beliefs that I choose to live by.  My wife Natalie and I try our best to run this company in the same way we approach day to day life.  We strive to be independent from the rest, innovate in ideology, intelligent in thought and iconic in stature.  A common characteristic between each of these values is the letter i which is nothing more than a dot on a shaft when examined more closely.  Many conclude that the name refers to the dot markers on the shafts of our high quality guitars but for us that perception is just a nice complimentary tie to our steadily growing business!Mike Carparelli

Words cannot describe how great it feels to be able to service fellow musicians out there with open minds who are willing to discover that one doesn't need a Brand-Name guitar to achieve superb quality. My mission is not to disparage any other company. My mission is to deliver an Excellent Quality Guitar that matches your Budget as well as your aspirations. Sure all of us would love to buy a Hand Made Japanese Jersey Girl Guitar. I know I do. But not everybody can afford 4900 USD for a Hand made guitar. This is why I've decided to get as many different guitars with as expansive a price range that is suitable to ALL taste buds and budget needs. All walks of life from youngest to oldest, women, men , teens and children are welcome to my website. So why not cater to all!

I am. Mikeymike , co-creator of DOT ON SHAFT GUITARS. I have spent over a year buying samples from over 20 different manufacturers made in 5 different countries. Some of the samples I couldn't even use as firewood as they are painted and I wouldn't want to pollute the air we breath with their toxic fumes. Some of the samples were suitable to hang on my wall as artistic curiosities but the ones that passed the test? Only 4 companies survived our standards and stand before you here. I, like many others, have guitars built with my company name on them so you will recognize great quality, great price. With exception , the Jersey Girls and the Marliques I distribute in Canada under agreements. Again Great Quality and more pricey. I can go on and on about the Leaps and Bounds it took to start this company with very little knowledge of the industry. But I can tell you, I'm a peoples person and my company will represent the same philosophy as mine. Customer FIRST!
