Memories are precious and golden.

 

They last an instant and will never happen again. Memories are an intangible and can not be physically held, but held only in the mind, but even the mind's images fade over time. People have made attempts over the years to hold these memories closer in many different formats. The problem with all of these media is degradation or damage. Fortunately for us technology has now allowed us to preserve our most endearing memories for a life time and even into future generations. We like to hold on to weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and family holidays. What about school related memories such as plays, recitals and graduation? It doesn't end there. There are baby's first steps and words. There are retirement parties of co-workers we've come to admire and respect. There are the great backyard barbeques with our closet friends.  Unfortunately, there are cases where those we loved and respected have since departed.  Wouldn it be a great thing to have a slideshow of never ending memories to keep them alive in our minds?

The point here is that even film, tapes, photographs and slides do not last forever. Why risk permanent loss of these memories when there is a way to preserve them forever.

I can save your memories permanently to DVD from 8mm or Super 8mm film, as well as from VHS tape, VHS-C, Hi-8 and Mini-DV as well as 35 mm slides and pictures in slideshow format.
