Hi! My name is Susan. I will do my best to bring you high quality clothing at great prices. I have a wide range of New and Gently Used clothing, both in my Auctions and Store. I ship using USPS Priority Mail for smaller packages, sometimes for larger packages I'll use FedEx/UPS Ground. My goal is to ship within 2 business days after receiving payment - unless a school event prevents me.
I want you to be a satisfied, returning customer. My return policy is that the item must be shipped back to me within seven (7) days after you've received it. Please contact me within three (3) days of receipt to notify me you are returning your purchase. Once I have received it back in its original condition (for example, New With Tag items must still have tags attached and be in new condition) I will issue a refund. A restocking / service fee of 20% for money back (or 5% for merchandise credit) of the auction price will be retained. Shipping and Paypal fees are non-refundable.
If the item you're buying is New With Tag, please note that I'll need to cut off most of that tag before shipping to prevent store returns.
