My Ebay

1. All sales are final. There are no returns or refunds.

2. I only accept paypal when payment by check or money order is impossible or impractical. These payments MUST be coordinated with me in advance.

Thank you for looking at my auctions.

This eBay thing aint what it used to be.

When I say NoPaypal unless there are circumstances, I mean it. That money really does go to a dead account. Please spare yourself the inconvenience of requesting a refund and dont use it. To date everyone, without exception has had their money returned to them without issue and most transactions go smoothly thereafter.

STORY TIME!!! On december 26, i sold 13 items. As of today, January 16th, three of them have been paid for. Also, three of the bidders, one with a feedback score as high as 26, are no longer registered users.

That is totally Awesome! Now I get to relist 75% of my items becuase of deadbeats. Today i opened unpaid item cases. Alot of them. I figure I have been patient enough.

Also there are alot of Scumbags here on ebay now. Screw putting your faith in human nature, around here its time to cover your ass.

Check it out-

A guy buys a computer from me, screws payment up in every way possible, and finally completes payment. I let him pay through paypal, because he said he was a cripple. Whatever. Anyway, i send it out Monday, and as i am checking my Paypal account Friday, i see there is a hold on the payment. WTF? So i respond to the dispute, and within five minutes the dispute is settled and this guy is leaving me positive feedback. He was trying to steal the computer by getting his money back on fraudulent claims.

Sadly, This has happened a couple of times before, but now its becoming a real trend.

And then theres the slimeball who tried to blackmail me for money in exchange for giving me positive feedback. I sold him a pretty beat up but functional field effects processor. He writes back saying he was unhappy with the items condition, and he just thought he would let me know before he left feedback. Thanks douchebag, so noted. And on that, i think i posted no less than five pictures of the thing and understated nothing.

Last story today- i got more, alot more, but i am starting to ramble, so I am going to stop myself. I sell this guy this sweet Sony Vaio ultraportable laptop computer. This thing is really good looking, it turns heads to this day. Anyway, in his little ghetto text speak he writes me and says 'i tried 2 turn on the laptop. i think the hrd drive is broke and it looks like u pried the side open or something, i want my money back.'

Okay, i will just say it. Bullshit. The computer left here pristine and the laptop was packed by a pro and personally tested by me before it left. And suddenly i am supposed to believe that it developed pry marks and the hard drive failed?

Heres a better theory.

Scumbag number three already had a Vaio. His didnt work. But he wanted one that worked. So he bought mine, and figured he would swap boxes, and keep the one that worked and send me the one that didnt. And the best part is, all he has to do is write 'return to sender' on the box and he doesnt even have to pay postage.

Great plan. If thats the way you roll, i guess.

And why am I the way I am?  I let this ebay clientele write its own biography. About four out of ten buyers are actually worth something. Please be one of them. And two- Justice is more important than positive feedback. Truth be told, I cant remember the last time i left a seller Negative feedback. Even when i received broken items for which i was never compensated. I guess its because if you are selling stuff on ebay, you probably got enough problems. I know I do.

Now buyers on the other hand, back when you still could, I slammed them with reckless abandon- see above. I guess its because they treat me like a K-mart counter clerk.

Actually, I treat k-mart counter clerks with respect and dignity. Hey, they got a job like everyone else. But I see some jerks treat these clerks and members of the service industry very poorly, and it angers me greatly.

Its like this european thing to which I ascribe- In Europe, shopowners generally live on the second floor of their store, so when you walk into their shop, you are very literally walking into their homes. And Americans- unrefined as we often are, dont even say hello when we walk in, show no respect and callously pick things up off of the shelves, point at object and shout across the floor "how much is this?" all the while passing rude comments about tacky this and gauche this, basically insulting a person's livelihood.

Ahem, sorry about the tangent. Anyway, when you buy from me, same thing. You are walking into my home, and bidding on things i once owned, used or fixed. Be polite. You will have a better experience if you are polite.

Oh, sorry about the typos and lack of capitalization. Have a nice day.
