I try very hard to be a good seller. I like my customers, like sending out packages, and really like finding items that people are searching for to buy.
I am generally always available to answer questions ~ so don't hesitate to email me. I try to sell in smaller quantities but if you see something that I am selling and the quanities are wrong for you let me know ~ I can set up an eBay auction that better serves your needs..
I always try to respond as quickly as possible to your questions & requests but sometimes I have to attend field trips, soccer games & practices, school plays, and doctor appointments. I will get to your email and respond as soon as I can get home and on the computer.

Q: How often do you mail packages?
A: I mail Monday through Saturday. If I receive your payment by 10am(CST) then your package will go out that day(Monday-Friday) & If I receive your payment by 8am)CST) on Saturdays.
Q: Do you take special precautions to insure that the HBA products do NOT leak in transit?
A: Yes. Each bottle is individually wrapped then put into an additional ziploc bag. I use both bubble wrap & packing peanuts packed around the bottles/containers.
Q: How long will it take for the USPS to deliver my package?
A: Priority mail takes an average delivery time of 2-3 business days and Parcel Post 2-9 business days. Please note that these are average times so it may take them longer than the average.
Q: Paypal has sent me a delivery confirmation # with an email saying that you are mailing my package. Is this a tracking number?
A: unfortunately This # is a delivery confirmation number and in most instances is will only be scanned when your package is delivered. It is not a tracking number.
Q: Where do you buy your products?
A: If I told you that then I would be out of business. I've worked long and hard to find my sources.
