We have a strict Quality Assurance Policy to
ensure that every item delivered to our customers is free from any
defect & is able to exceed their expectations. Our QAT (Quality
Assurance Team) checks every garment at two stages: during
production & before final dispatch so that the garment meets our
Quality Benchmarks.
Shipping & Delivery
We provide WORDWIDE DELIVERY.
All items listed in our site are ready in stock
& are available for immediate dispatch. We have a team dedicated to
the work of processing & dispatching the orders. We are able to ship
out all orders on the SAME DAY.
Orders are send through a reliable courier
company (like DHL, UPS) & delivery is usually made within 3-5
business days. We can provide the tracking number on request.
The shipping charges are around USD 14.95 for
each shirt/blouse/pants/skirt.
Do we combine shipping??
Yes, we do. We can combine orders placed in
different formats (i.e auctions, shop, fixed price), in different
currencies, on different eBay sites (eBay US, eBay UK, eBay
Australia).
You need to be rewarded for buying multiple
items from us. From second garment onwards, we offer a 50% discount
on shipping charges.

Checks. However, the order would not be shipped till the time the
same has cleared & we have received the payment. International check
clearance can take upto 25 days & would be considered while choosing

Returns
ToBeAPirate.com believes in offering its
customers the best quality merchandise.
All our merchandise is checked by our Quality Assurance Team at
various stages of production & order processing.
A. Defective Product Received
If you have received a defective or damaged good, you can return it
to us for a replacement of the same product. All you have to do is
to inform us and return us back the defective or damaged item
without using it. All claims should be send within 21 days of
ordering.
After validating you claim, our team will send you a replacement at
no extra cost.
B. Wrong Size Ordered
We have provided Size Charts with all our products to help you
choose the best fit size.
However, if the ordered garment doesnot fit you as expected, we
would exchange it for the right size. And that too while charging NO
RE-STOCKING FEE.
