We accept Paypal from USA buyers only with confirmed addresses. We will only ship to that confirmed address.

What is a shelf pull?
Shelf pull means it was pulled off a shelf in a retail store. It was then forwarded to a centralized warehouse and then to us.
Why don’t you consider shelf pulls new?
Shelf pulls are not considered new because they have been exposed to appreciable of customer contact. If, an item is new, we will make sure to put it as such.
Was the item a display?
It could have been. We can’t be sure if it was in or out of the box in the retail environment it came from.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we do combine shipping. You’d have to win each auction for us to combine the shipping. We can combine up to 4 items as long as they fit in the same box. Email us a list of the items you want combined and we’ll give you a total for shipping.
Why can you ship some items internationally and others not?
We can ship smaller items internationally. The Post Office, FedEx and UPS have size and weight requirements. If, it exceeds the size and weight requirement we cannot ship to your country. Email us and we will let you know.
Why do I have to pay Tax if I live in Texas?
We are required by law, to collect sales tax (8.25%) from all Texas residents. We have no choice in the matter.
Can I have the item shipped to a friend/relative,etc… address?
Yes, as long as you pay with that address. You can have up to 5 addresses on file with PayPal. You can delete and add as many times as you want. As, long as the address is the one that you pay with via PayPal, we’d be happy to ship there.
Why do I have to pay duties and taxes (for Internationals):
Each country has their own policies. You can check the policies of your country by going to your nearest customs department and inquiring. We cannot pay your taxes for you.
Why won’t you lower the value on the customs label (for Internationals)?
Marking the customs form to lower the value is considered falsifying government documents. It’s punishable by jail and/or fines. We will not do it.
Why do you need 3 business days to answer emails?
We get 500-1000 a day. We need the time to answer every single email in the order they were received. For faster service you can call us TOLL FREE at 1-877-643-6130 Mon-Fri 11am-5pm. If you don’t get a phone response keeps call in 10-15 minutes. It just means were on the other line with another customer.
