North American and International bidders can expect delivery after up to 10-12 business days. When approximating your delivery date please
do not include Saturdays, Sundays or statutory

If you require your item sooner, Express Shipping
is available. Shipping costs vary depending
on the item purchased, so please look closely
at the auction listing for the exact cost of shipping.
Shipping insurance is included with the shipping
charges. This gives you full coverage for the
purchase price of the item, ensuring that should
your shipment be lost or delayed, you will be
issued a refund if a replacement item can not
be sent to you.
As customs regulations vary in different countries,
some items may be subject to Import Fees. However,
these fees usually do not apply to any item under
$200 USD.
Payment for your item is required within seven
days of the auction’s close. Unless you
have made special arrangements with our customer
service department, your item will be re-listed

an unpaid item strike against you.

If the product was listed correctly, but you
have decided you do not want it, you have 14
business days to contact us regarding a return.
All sales are final after the 14-day period
has elapsed. The buyer is responsible for all
shipping and insurance costs involved in a return
of this nature.
If the correct size and/or color was shipped,
but the item is not what you had in mind, you
have 14 business days to contact us for an exchange,
pending product availability. After 14 business
days, all sales are final. Again, the buyer is
responsible for all shipping and insurance costs

When returning an item, you must obtain a return
authorization code from us. Email us as a request
to service@dressedupmonkeys.org
If the item you are shipped is not in fact the
item you ordered, please send us email at service@dressedupmonkeys.org within 14 business days of receiving the item
and we will replace the product, offer a partial
refund and/or similar item, or refund your full
purchase price including shipping and insurance
upon our receipt of the returned product.
Though we do all that we can
to provide a satisfying eBay experience, there
are always times when things don’t go according
to plan. Things do on occasion get lost or damaged
in transit and we do our best to rectify these
situations however we can.
