1. Do you combine shipping? How can I do that?
Yes, we combine shipping,
but ALL items qualifying for the combined shipping rate must be paid for together
in a single payment and shipped to the same address. Buyers must wait for the
last auction to end before making the single payment for all the items. If you
are not sure how to check out multiple items, just wait for my invoice to arrive.

Priority (2-4 Business Days): $14.95 for the 1st item; add
$12.95 for each additional item.
All International Shipping Costs are $24.95
for the 1st item; add $22.95 for each additional item.
2. I want to pay by Money Order. How much is my total and what is your address?
When checking out,
please specify that you will be paying by money order. When mailing your payment,
please write down your winning eBay Item number(s), email address, and shipping
address.

3. I am a international buyer. Can you ship to me? What is the shipping fee? We ship to all international countries.

Shipping Costs are $24.95 for the 1st item; add $22.95 for each additional item.
4. What size should I order?
We have a sizing
chart and sizing instruction for each style. Please search the auction or product
page for the chart. We strongly urge you to utilize the chart to confirm the
fit. It is best to add 1-2" to your measurements to select the size that will
fit.
5. Do you have other sizes or colors in this style?
.Please search for
the "STYLE# COLOR". For example, if you are looking for style M041 White, the
type in "M041 White" in the search input box.
6. What if I get the outfit and it doesn't fit?
I'll gladly arrange an exchange for you. Email me first to confirm that I have
the correct size in stock and just return the dress in original condition as
shipped with the item number and the correct size you need. There is no need
to pay for re-shipping. I'll send the correct size out to you as soon as I received
the incorrect dress.
7. I have made payment. How long does it to ship to me?
We ship out the same or next business day (Monday thru Friday excluding holidays)
after payment is received. Within the US, it takes approximately 2-4 business
days for delivery. For international orders, please estimate approximately 1-3
weeks for shipment. If for some reason your order is being placed on hold, we
will email you to let you know the reason, such as the item is backordered,
the item is out of stock, your shipping address is incorrect (no PO Box addresses
for UPS shipments please), amount paid for is incorrect, etc.

What is my tracking number?
After we ship your
order out, the order tracking number will be emailed to the email address you
provided at checkout. If you have you are an international buyer and are shipping
by Global Priority or Airmail Parcel Post, no tracking # will be provided. Sorry.
9. Can you send me swatches?
Sorry, we do not have any swatches available.

What type of payment do you accept?
I prefer Paypal but
if you have not yet set up a Paypal account, I'll gladly accept money order
or cashier's check. If mailing a money order or cashier check, orders are processed
once funds have been received and verified. Sorry, no personal checks.
11. I bid on the wrong color or size. What can I do?
Contact me as soon
as possible to check to see if I have the color or size you need in stock. If
I do, just make the payment and write the color or size you need in the note
section of the Paypal.
12. I am an existing or potential wholesale buyer. How do I contact you?
