I AM BUYING PENTECOSTAL CHURCH OF GOD historical material including: PHOTOS (Conventions, etc.); MAGAZINES/NEWSPAPERS: The Pentecostal Herald (from Chicago, IL) and The Pentecostal Messenger (Ottumwa, IA, Kansas City, MO, Joplin, MO); PYPA (Pentecostal Young People's Association)BANNERS and others. These can be mounted on a pole. The words "NOT BY MIGHT NOR BY POWER BUT BY MY SPIRIT SAITH THE LORD" will appear across the top. The bottom of the banner will be probably be shaped and fringed; SWEATERS AND PATCHES: Sweaters with the PYPA logo sewn on, both men's and women's. NEON SIGN: I am looking for a neon sign that says "Messenger Publishing House." It was at one time in the Joplin, Missouri area. On a personal note, I am looking for: GUITARS AND BASSES: Guitars: Phantom Guitarworks teardrop hollowbody six string, D'Angelico and D'Aquisto teardrop reissues, an Eastman ERO series, 804C or AR804C acoustic, an Eastman EL Rey, a Burns London Jet Sonic in Blue, Eastwood Wandre, Italia Mondial, Italia Rimini, new Kay Thin Twin in tiger maple, a Tesico Firebird G, a T V Jones Spectra Sonic Supreme and Mosrites. Basses: Dean Cadillac DOA Silverburst LE, BassLab five string. FOUNTAIN PENS: My vintage "want list" is as follows: Waterman Emerald Ray, Soennecken 222 in lizard celluloid, an oversize Sheaffer Balance LF in the Abalone pattern and an Aurora Novum. My contemporary pen "want list" includes the Loiminchay Opus in Red, Taccia Andante,the S Z Leqi 929 in black (hard to find), Urushi and Maki-e pens from Dani-Trio, Nakaya, Sailor or Platinum, the Sheaffer Royal Sengalor Asia and a King Crown D03 or D12. FURNITURE English Arts and Crafts armoires and other furniture with inlaid or applied words or "mottos." Examples: "Gentle Sleep, Natures Soft Nurse" or "Fine Feathers Make a Fine Bird." Chinese Qing Period bedroom furniture in RED as well as oranate Korean bedroom pieces and simple Japanese bedroom furniture. My wife and I have been blessed to sell a number of nice items on Ebay, including a signed Craftsman (Gustav Stickley) Morris chair. Check our auctions for old guitars and amps, Jazz LPs and other old records, Mission, Deco, books, art, '50's stuff, Victorian items including furniture as well as fountain pens, automotive parts and paper items.
