Who is Drowning Creek?
We are Jeff Wood & Judy Gex, artists, entreprenuers, and music fans. Drowning Creek Studio is a well established studio whose work is featured in The Art of Modern Rock & other books, and been used by bands for posters, t-shirts, and album covers.

Our Philosophy
We still believe a hand shake means something and respect has to be earned. We've been selling on eBay for almost 7 years now, and have worked hard to earn the respect & trust of our customers. We believe in honesty, communication, and good customer service.

We have a business license for the county we live in to operate under the name Drowning Creek Studio, LLC. We also have federal & state tax numbers. We're legit. We have our own brick and mortar print studio, and a phone number you can call if you need to speak with us.

Our Merchandise
In most cases, the items we sell are the art and posters created here in our studio. Occasionally we will run aucitons for other items like t-shirts, etc. We stand squarely behind the quality of all the items we sell. We also do our best to accurately describe our auction items so you know what you are getting before you bid.

Auction items vary from time to time... If you missed an auction and want to know if we will have that item up for auction again, or if you have questions about a current auction, write to us at sales@drowningcreek.com.

All images, and art work are ©Drowning Creek Studio, LLC, respective musicians, labels, licensors and/or artists. All rights reserved; any unauthorized use of our images is expressly prohibited. Drowning Creek is an eBay authorized VeRO member, and we hold intellectual property rights to all images used in our auctions, and of our designs unless otherwise noted. We strictly prohibit the unlawful copying of these images, or their use on any unauthorized items. We will immediately have any auction containing any of our copyrighted materials ended through eBay's VeRO program. If the seller relists the infringing item, further legal action may be taken.

1. What Do I do After the auction?
Drowning Creek will send you an invoice for your auction shortly after it ends. Please respond by sending your shipping address by email within 3 days of the auction's end to let us know you will be completing your auciton.You may also use the Check Out button below the auction ad to complete your transaction or the eBay checkout.

2. What if I win more than one item?
Usually within hours, but possibly up to 48 (sometimes we are out of town when the auctions end), we will scan the auctions for multiple wins. We will then recalculate your total and send you a new invoice with the correct shipping amount. If you are in a rush for the combined total, email us to let us know - we try to check our email frequently!

3. What payments are accepted?
We prefer paymnet through our Drowning Creek Secure Server (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover). We provide Thawte Encryption Security.

We also accept Paypal. Your shipping address should be verified with Paypal.

Money Orders are always welcome. Mail & make out to: Drowning Creek Gallery, PO Box 1026, Commerce, GA 30529. Money Orders can also be sent through Bidpay. They charge a $5.00 fee for the use of their service, but is especially convenient for international bidders.

We accept Electronic Cheques/Money Transfers through PayPal.

International bidders can pay by credit card through our store or money order purchased through Bidpay or drawn on a US bank.

4. Can I send A Personal Check?
We would prefer an e-check or electronic fund transfer, but we will take a personal check with the following stipulations:

a. You must have a (20) + positive feedback rating.
b. Your package will ship after the check clears our bank. This will probably be no less than 7 days from day of deposit and no more than 20.
c. We will not accept "counter checks" where you have written in your name & address. Period.
d. We will ship to the address on the check only. Really.

5. What if I am late with payment?
If you are unable to get your payment to us within 10 days, we kindly ask that you notify us & let us know when you can make payment. We do expect our bidders to be prepared to pay for their auction within 10 days since we state that in our auctions.

6. What shipping method is used?
Almost all packages are shipped 2-3 day USPS Priority mail with insurance and delivery confirmation/tracking. We will consider other methods at the customer's request.

7. How are items packaged?
a. Posters are carefully rolled and wrapped in kraft paper and shipped in a tube. We can also ship flat at the customer's request.
b. Clothing is sealed in plastic and shipped Priority. Shipping costs will vary according to weight and insurance requirements.

8. How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are now zoned for Priority Mail. Items weighing over 1lb. will be calculated at auction end. Price of shipping almost always includes insurance and delivery confirmation. Insurance isn't mandatory, but if you choose not to pay for it, we will not replace uninsured, damaged, or lost merchandise.

9. International shipping policies?
Auctions paid for with credit cards MUST BE shipped to the billing address listed for the card. We will ship items paid for by money order any where. Contact us for a rate quote by emailing us at sales@drowningcreek.com.

10. How soon will my item ship?
Auctions paid for with a money order or credit card will ship within 2-3 days of receiving your payment. Personal checks usually clear within a week, and item will ship immediately after.

11. Do you accept returns?
Sales are final unless the item is misrepresented. Any requests for returns are looked into on an individual basis.

12. What if it arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please email us right away to let us know. Save all packaging. We have your insurance receipt in our files. If you would like to read the USPS policy on filing a claim, go here.

We leave feedback on every auction. We do appreciate you leaving appropriate feedback for us after you receive your item to let us know it has arrived safely.

14. Are these terms flexible?
If there is a question that would require us to ship or handle an auction item differently than normal, we kindly ask you to contact us before you bid on the auction in question. Otherwise, we expect to follow through with the transaction according to Drowning Creek's regular store shiping policy.
