It all started so innocently.

Lets have a look at that new e-bay thing people keep talking about.

It looks like fun, shall I sign up?

Let's buy something, put in a bid and see what happens.............

Wow, I won! That was easy, lets do it again!

This is how it all began.

My youngest son who was between college and work

 need to do something to make some money.

What better way than to sell some bits on e-bay.

He bought a large box of cd's at a boot sale for £2.00,

listed them individually on e-bay

and made a £100!!

He found a job and I carried on just selling the odd bit, buying more than I sold!

But now I look on e-bay everyday for about 4 hours.

I've been a trading assistant, which I really enjoyed,

but my house is full to bursting with my own stuff

so I need to sell that first before filling it up with other peoples items.

I've met some lovely people through e-bay,

a lady in Australia bought some plates from me

about 3 years ago, we e-mail each other and talk on the phone,

at some time I'd like to go and visit.

I really enjoy the whole process of buying, selling and bidding.
