Return Policy
Unless otherwise specified, we will accept returns by the original purchaser
for a 25% restocking fee (excluding shipping charges) on non-restricted products
within 14 days of invoice date provided the Terms and Conditions of the KBS
computer Return Policy and Defective policy herein are followed.
All products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in Original
Packing. All materials, manuals, disks, CDs, digital media, blank warranty card,
other accessories. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for returning
the packge to us.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA#), RMA
expires 1 week after issued and buyer is responsible for all return shipping
charges.
Please note we are not responsible for any products that are defective from
the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer for repair information. Please
note we will not exchange or issue a refund for any digital cameras with less
than 2 defective pixels.
Taxes
All Canadian Residents are required to pay the 6% GST. BC residents have to an additional 7%. NS,NB,NFL please add 8% for the HST
Prices
All prices are in Canadian Dollar, unless specified
Shipping
Packages will be shipped by Fedex, UPS or Canada Post. All tracking info will be automatically email to you direclty. Please note, if you are using Hotmail, Yahoo or any other free email service, your tracking info may be in your junk/bulk folder.
Transit Times
West Coast usually 1-2 business days, East Coast 5-7 business days by Ground.
