Note: All shipping providers charge a "BASE RATE" for shipping with added charges calculated on weight and/or size of the item. DSM's preferred shipping method is USPS's very reliable; Priority Mail services. Most eBayers expect their item as soon as possible, the Priority Mail service provides the quickest possible guaranteed delivery service at the best rate. Their base Rate is $4.60 plus item weight. We do add a modest .99 cents to help pay for packaging material, bubble rap, and static bags for most items. On average the cost to DSM for packaging material per package is @$4.50 per item, plus the cost of our shipping department employees to actually package the item.
All item are shipped usually the same day payment is received and cleared by PayPal. (If the item is a Motherboard kit or New Processor, then testing maybe required and will delay shipment) We have been shipping most items USPS Priority Mail Service, which has been the cheapest and the best on time service. Once the item is shipped you will receive an automated email with the tracking number from the carrier. Please do not email us for a tracking number. (make sure your email address in eBay is correct) The shipping carrier is clearly stated within the auction, we also include the shipping calculator so you can accurately check the shipping charge to your zip code. We DO NOT ship outside the continental United States - Please do not ask us to make exceptions. Your eBay registration must be USA based, otherwise your bid will be withdrawn or blocked.
Combining Shipping: We will always try to combine multiple items, if possible. When multiple items are won, we will send a revised invoice showing the items that we where able to combine and the actual shipping cost for each package. This has always resulted in significant savings for a number of smaller items, such as memory.
Shipping NOTE: for customer safety we will only ship items to the address listed in eBay - do not send us alternative addresses in emails - they will be ignored. We get several hundreds fraudulent email asking us to send ended auctions to other addresses. Please make sure your address and email is accurate in your eBay profile & that it is confirmed. DSM Electronics, Inc. is not responsible for inaccurate information with-in your eBay account. If the item is shipping UPS, they will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Item Pickup: as of January 1, 2006 - We no longer provide item pick / or will calls. Sorry.

We accept and prefer PayPal, through PayPal we can accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as direct money transfers on their secure web server. We do not accept company or personal checks. All payments are due within 5 business days of the end of the auction.

An e-mail will be automatically sent to you immediately following the end of the auction. The email will contain a link to pay with PayPal to checkout, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase. All payments are due within 5 business days of the end of the auction. Please do not email us for tracking numbers or tracking information. Tracking numbers will automatically be sent by the shipper to you when the packaged is shipped (usually the same day as it is paid for. Sending bank check, certified check, or money order will delay shipping until the check is received and clears our bank). When you get the tracking information, go to the appropriate site; such as USPS.COM or UPS.COM and enter the tracking numbers to see where your package is in transit and the status of the delivery.
