Payment must be received within five (5) days of the date of purchase. If the payment is not received within the 5-day period, the customer will be referred to eBay as a Non-Paying Bidder. Return Policy

A Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all return packages. Packages without RMA # will be refused. Customers must report to us within 7 business days for DOA or shipping damage issues. All item can be requested for credit within  7 days after the item is received. There will be only exchanged after  7 days. The 20% re-stocking fee will be applied if the part not used, non-defective upon inspection, or wrong part order. Buyers are responsible for part return shipping fees on return packages. Exchange due to buyer wrong part ordered, buyer needs to pay 2-way shipping fee and price different.  The customer is responsible for the return-shipping charges. The initial shipping charges, customs fees, and import duties are not refundable.
