Diamond Vending Supply (DVS) is a wholesale company, and has been in the bulk vending supply business for decades.  DVS is strictly seller, and ships products from its warehouse worldwide. DVS carries large selection of supplies, and amuses our young and old generations by providing vintage toys, surprises, prizes and charms which they like the most with competitive prices to our customers.

 

1). We do combine shipping. Fist item is no discount, and then from the second item on will be 50%off on list our ebay descriptin of S&H.  

Our mini order is cost of $ 11.50 plus S&H of $5.80 or a total of $17.30.

If you are the winner for multi-items, please offer us all your winning bids, so we can give you a break down for combine shipping at one time. Thanks!!!

 

2). If you email us or paypal us the payments after 14:00 Thursday, please permit us no later than Next Tuesday to answer your emails, as sometimes we don have information you may need at home, and we probably always are busy on Mondays.

Moreover, we post the same feedbacks about once a month, so please bear with us, we will do!!! 

 

3). As to payments methods, we accept money order, cashier check, and paypal.

We have a personal account with papal. We can't claim credit cards and debit cards payments through paypal because payapl will inform us the type of payments we received from them.  Please use other source of funds through paypal, ex: have paypal direct deducted the payment from your account.

If you pay through paypal, please do it early in the month before we reach paypal maximum receiving payments for the month.

As we only have a personal account with paypal. We can use paypal link.

Very sorry, if you paypal us with a check or from your bank account, it normally takes 4 or 5 days before paypal notice us. If your check is clear your bank, please check with paypal first and ask when paypal is going to release the payment.   

 

4). Or we ourselves accept visa and master cards.

You can call at 405-636-1466 central time for credit card information.

Our office hours: M-TH 8:00-2:00

Credit card payment will be $1.00 extra for the transaction fee.

 

We email you and notice you are the winner. But by any chance, the emails we sent go your junk mail, please don come back to shout us or raise your voice and blame us, as we email again and again after auctions ended. 

 

5). If you have to pay with a PERSONAL CHECK, Please add US $ 3.00 extra. ALLOW AT LEAST 14 DAYS FOR US TO CLEAR OUR BANK AFTER WE RECEIVED THE CHECK, and this is our policy, as

     a. we go to our bank once a week.

     b. SOMETIMES WE RECEIVED RETURNED CHECKS AFTER OUR BANK mailed us the notice.  AND WE WILL REDEPOSIT IT AGAIN. So if you have to email us regarding your checks, please wait at least three weeks after you mailed your payments,or we are afraid we won't be able to answer your emails. THE BEST WAY,PLEASE DON'T MAIL CHEKCK,THANKS!!!

     c. If you need to mail an INTERNATIONAL CHECK, please add US$35.00 extra, as our bank will charge it for transaction fee.
