What forms of payment do you accept?

and shipping information. If we don't get complete information with your
payment, it could result in a delay of shipping. You will receive a UPS
tracking number via e-mail after your product has been shipped. Please
allow 10 business days for a personal check to clear our account.

We accept Money Orders or Bank Checks (please make the funds available
in US Dollars). Bidpay is another option. We can also help you arrange
a Bank Wire Transfer. Please feel free to contact us for further details!
2. How soon can I expect my order
to ship after it has been paid for?
Orders are processed each day Monday through Friday. If your payment is
received after 3:30 P.M. E.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on the
next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out
the items you have selected and get them ready for shipment. After your
order has been processed and shipped, UPS usually takes 2-7 days to arrive.
Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt of your payment) we
then e-mail you a UPS tracking number. You may view the shipping status
of your order by visiting: www.ups.com
If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping
is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for
express shipping quotes.

as shipping sources. Yes, Shipping method can be upgraded for an additional

5. If I live in N.Y. can I pick
up from your retail location and do I have to pay N.Y. taxes?
Sorry, but we're just not equipped to allow individual customers to pick
up merchandise. We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time and almost
everything ships out within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.
Yes any pick up or shipping within N.Y are subject to N.Y. taxes. If you
live in New York state, please add the appropriate sales tax to your purchase
price. Failure to do so will result in a delay of shipping

What are your International shipping policies on customs fees?
We strongly follow all International customs rules and regulations on
local customs fees. It is against the law for us to reduce the winning
invoice price or to declare merchandise as "used" or "gifts",
so please don't ask us to do so. We declare accordingly and make no exceptions!
7. What do I do if my package
was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all
packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS. You may call UPS Customer
Service at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877).
