I got a really cool email the other day from someone who said that I must have the most amazing closet... and that's about right on! My place is pretty much a bottomless pit of the exotic, eccentric and macabre mixed with a little vegas, drag & rock'n'roll. If i weren't me, i would totally shop here... which is the whole problemo... that's exactly what I do. I love to shop for the killerest & cutest stuff, but just can't keep it all. i don't have the time to wear it or the space to keep it... so thanks to eBay, i have an opportunity to pass these wearable treasures on to more appreciative, loving homes.

I hope that for some of you, I've created your dream store... or at least a really fun place to hang. My clothing selection runs from girly go-go to haute couture and everything in between, with emphasis on the unusual, flamboyant, glamour and supercute! I guarantee that goths, strippers and label snobs alike will find something fabulous in the DynamiteBoutique collection.

Where does all this stuff come from? I work in LA as a stylist, designer and model. Perks of the job are that I get to keep a lot of my on-set wardrobe (yay!)... and occasionally i get to purchase pieces from a film or TV set... and some of it is from my own collection (once i shoot in it, out it goes.). And that's how I get to keep us all in Vivienne Tam, Betsey Johnson and Frankie B's during these troubling economic times. Pretty sweet.

That being said, Hollywood studios don't seem to have a wardrobe budget... but I DO. My sales on ebay are a significant portion of my income, so while it's fun--who doesn't like to play dress-up!--this is how i earn a living between jobs. I make my terms very clear at the bottom of every listing which includes a 'NO TOLERANCE' policy for non-paying bidders. Most of you are so, so great! So, for the sorry few, ONCE AGAIN: When you win something on ebay, ebay sends you a mail letting you know... as if you didn't already. Duh. So does paypal--they send you an invoice--That's 2 notices. The third notice will be your non-paying bidder alert... If you get one of those, you can safely assume your item is already gone. Really, truly gone. I will not chase you down for payment, especially If we haven't discussed anything beforehand. I need to pay MY bills and buy stuff and get these things out of my house! So if you commit to purchase and then back out, we're NOT cool and I won't likely drop the NPB mark. If you can't read, or take the time to drop a mail, or understand the rules then you don't belong on ebay anyway. Believe me, whatever your excuse is, I've heard it... sometimes all in one week. I'm a responsible seller, responsible buyer... i expect the same from those I interact with here. I regret that I even had to bring this up, because most of you are awesome! I've unfortunately crossed paths with some very obnoxious individuals so I suppose it needed addressing... but if you are one of the ones I'm talking about, you'll probably never 'get it' anyway. Good luck and all that... don't let the door hit ya.

But seriously--I'm the most chill person in the whole place... I know my auctions say i won't take returns, but I will--and I have--if I've made an obvious error in my listing. I allow new bidders to buy and I and I understand if sometimes you need an extra day or two to pay. Bonus tip: good, friendly communication yield the best results and the best feedback... don't be a jerk! Don't take advantage!--and we'll all have the best time and have really cool new gear that's way better than the crapola you'll find at your local mall. This is Hollywood, baby!
